- I've taken two weeks to see if the fixes they did in my backyard last for long or not. I'm very happy with their services. They fixed the crazy water leak in my backyard due to clogged and broken underground drainage system. They replaced it in a matter of two hours only. They had already marked where the cables and gas line etc were under the ground so that they dont damage anything. Thanks for your services. It was cost effective and very quick. - We live in a Townhouse Association and TLS is the company that provides our lawn care maintenance. We had multiple areas around our particular unit that needed attention - drainage and access issues for example. We contacted Ernie for assistance. He was prompt and spent two sessions with us to review the scope of work we wished to have completed, answer questions, etc. His design was fantastic! We chose to utilize TLS and one of the best decisions we have ever made. Ernie exceeded our expectations with scheduling and the crew were phenomenal! Our three man crew were prompt, respectful, and the most amazing workers. Thank you to Ernie and the crew - we are enjoying the results of your hard labor. Exceptional service! - The representative that came out to quote the job was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided insight on the project and offered excellent advice. We had an existing brick paver patio removed and a new Unilock Richcliffe patio paver installed (larger area), along with the same material used on a front walkway. Ernie was responsive and overall executed on the timeline and cost promised. We also had a seat wall installed. It was initially done poorly and when I raised this with Ernie, he did have his team adjust the seat pavers on top to make them symmetrical. Also, I stressed the importance of drainage (ie Pitching the patio away from the house). While the pitch is away from the house, it is more gradual than I would prefer given rain patterns and I also have a couple of low areas that hold water after rain. I did raise this with Ernie, but it has not been repaired to my satisfaction. I had his team remove some boxwood shrubs temporarily for the project, which they did, however, when they were reinstalled, they were done very haphazardly and not professionally. It is probably my fault for using a hardscape specialist for this task. Overall, TLS was competitive on price (not highest, not lowest) and completed the project on time. These projects can be expensive and therefore I expect the details to be completed to a high level. Overall, we are satisfied, but for the couple of items I mentioned. I would recommend TLS, but would suggest being very clear with your expectations and be present on a daily basis to provide feedback, if you are able. All this said, Ernie is very reachable via email or mobile phone and is professional and polite, which is important in this line of work.- Brian Eby. 6/10/2016- Very nice professional people and they never miss the schedule.
